Q: How to make a reservation?

A: To book the room, please write us an e-mail to check the availability or you may check the availability on our website and write to us.  If the room is available during the period you would like to book the room, you will be requested to send us the attached file of the air tickets.   Please kindly note during this process, the room is not being held for a reservation. 

After we receive your air tickets file and the room is still available, we will send you the details of the booking. 

Please kindly note that we cannot take a reservation by phone.  You will be asked to send us an e-mail anyway so we can send you the details of the booking and necessary information.

Q: After receiving the booking details and providing flight information/ arrival time, what else to do to make sure that I have a room to stay when I arrive?

A: You are requested to reconfirm your booking 10 days prior to your arrival.  Fail to reconfirm the booking, it results in cancellation of your booking. 

Q: If there are three people on this trip and we want to stay together in one room, can we do that?  Are there any additional charges?

A: You may book the suite.  However, we do not have an extra bed provide.  What we do is to add a bench to a sofa and make it as a bed.  Pillow and blanket are to be provided.  An extra 250 baht per night will be charged for an extra person.

Q: Do you provide an Airport transfer?

A: We do not provide the airport transfer ourselves.  However, we can contact a taxi van (can take up to 4 persons) to pick you up.  It costs 600 baht net per trip / one way (toll fees are inclusive).   To book the airport transfer, you may e-mail to inform us.

Q: Can we check out late?

A: Our check-out time is 12.00 noon.  If you would like to have a late check out, please check the rates below.  However, you will need to check with the staff if the room is available for the late check-out or not. 

- check out between 12.00 noon - 3.00 pm : 200 Baht

- check out between 3.00 pm - 7.00 pm : - 500 Baht for the standard room / 600 Baht for the suite
